Pneumatic cylinders
Parallel grippers of the SHZ series are pneumatic grippers with two synchronously parallel-moving jaws for clamping and holding workpieces. The jaws can be fitted by the customer with application-specific gripper fingers.
The examples show sizes with piston 10 to 20 mm in double-acting design as well as single-acting variants designed normally open without pressure (external gripping) or normally closed without pressure (internal gripping). Repair kits are available per size.
Double-acting Opening and closing are pneumatically and actively controlled.
Normally open (FO) Single-acting, external gripping, jaws open without pressure.
Normally closed (FS) Single-acting, internal gripping, jaws close without pressure.
