Parallel gripper with ball guide, single-acting, normally closed, internal gripping, 16 mm bore - E.MC

Closed in its home position, this version enters a bore or sleeve with its fingers together. Compressed air spreads the fingers, each pressing against the inner wall with 38 N at 0.5 MPa. Only one port needs to be switched.

Advantages

• 38 N gripping force per finger, opening, at 0.5 MPa
• Permissible vertical load 98 N on the fingers
• Up to 180 cycles per minute, no lubrication required
