Parallel gripper with ball guide, single-acting, normally closed, internal gripping, 20 mm bore - E.MC

Closed in its home position, this version enters a bore or sleeve with its fingers together. Compressed air spreads the fingers, each pressing against the inner wall with 59 N at 0.5 MPa. Only one port needs to be switched.

Advantages

• Magnetic piston as standard, mounting at the rear, front with thread or through hole, and at the side
• Ball guide, fingers and guide in hardened stainless steel, repeatability ±0.01 mm
• 59 N gripping force per finger, opening, at 0.5 MPa
• Permissible vertical load 147 N on the fingers

• Stations with one free valve position per gripper
• Internal gripping in bores, sleeves and rings
• Handling bearing rings and bushes that must not be gripped on the outside
