The C(D)Q2 series are SMC compact cylinders with short installation length, double- and single-acting, with single piston rod and small to large bore sizes. Many versions are also suitable for low-pressure hydraulics.
With more than 13,500 items, this section covers standard variants, anti-rotation and through piston rods, long-stroke and slow-speed designs as well as service sets and accessories. The short body saves space in fixtures and handling equipment.

C(D)Q2 compact cylinders are used wherever short strokes are required in tight installation spaces, such as in clamping fixtures, handling and assembly equipment and automated production lines. Suitability for low-pressure hydraulics extends the scope to tasks demanding higher forces.
