This category groups SMC's range of pneumatic compact cylinders, whose short overall length for a given bore saves space in the machine layout. Represented are series such as C(D)Q2, C(D)U, C55, C(D)QS, the guide rod cylinder CQM and the flat cylinder M(D)U-Z.
With more than 15,157 items, this is the largest cylinder range in this selection. It covers double-acting versions, cylinders for direct mounting and variants with pneumatic cushioning (RQ) across a wide spectrum of bores and stroke lengths.
Categories
Compact cylinders are used in confined installation spaces where a short overall length with sufficient force is required, for example in clamping, pressing and handling devices. Versions for direct mounting and with a guide rod additionally handle anti-rotation or guided movements.
