Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set, G 1/2", DN 8, 7.50 bar, stainless steel 1.4571

This safety valve limits the pressure in compressed air systems and opens at a factory-set 7.50 bar. Through the DN 8 seat and the G 1/2" connection it discharges up to 201 m³/h. The body is made of stainless steel 1.4571, the seal of FKM.

Applications

Typical installation points are pressure vessels, compressor stations and pipe runs with a G 1/2" connection. Because the valve blows off freely, it is intended for compressed air and further non-toxic, non-flammable gases.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 7,5 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 7.50 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
