Safety Valves
TÜV safety valves in nominal size DN 8 are type-tested pressure relief valves for plant engineering. With more than 1,200 items, the range covers a fine grid of fixed response pressures, from low pressure around 0.30 bar up to 50.00 bar.
The valves are available in the threads G 1/4" and G 1/2" as well as in NPT version. Corrosion-resistant stainless steels such as 1.4401 and 1.4571 are used, allowing service in liquid and gaseous media.
Type-tested DN 8 safety valves protect pressure vessels, heat generators, pump and compressor installations. The fine pressure grid allows precise selection of a fixed response pressure for the relevant operating pressure.
TÜV type approval tested design for applications subject to inspection.
Fixed response pressure graded grid from roughly 0.30 to 50.00 bar.
Stainless steel materials 1.4401 and 1.4571 for corrosion-resistant service.
Connections G 1/4", G 1/2" and NPT 1/2".
