Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set and lead-sealed, G 1/4", DN 8, 14.30 bar, brass

The valve responds at 14.30 bar and protects vessels and pipework against inadmissible overpressure. Its discharge capacity is 363 m³/h at nominal size DN 8. It is fitted through the G 1/4" thread and the body is made of brass.

Applications

The valve is used on air receivers, compressors and distribution lines in which the pressure must not exceed 14.30 bar. It also suits systems with other non-toxic and non-flammable gases, as it blows off freely.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV-SV...-2055.7,5.D/G.0,75 CE0036 14,3 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 14.30 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
