Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set, G 1/2", DN 8, 44.00 bar, stainless steel 1.4571

This safety valve limits the pressure in compressed air systems and opens at a factory-set 44.00 bar. Through the DN 8 seat and the G 1/2" connection it discharges up to 1074 m³/h. The body is made of stainless steel 1.4571, the seal of FKM.

Applications

In workshops, machines and test rigs the valve protects lines whose working pressure stays below 44.00 bar. The material stainless steel 1.4571 also determines which medium and which surroundings are suitable.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 44 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 44.00 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
