Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set, G 1/2", DN 8, 20.00 bar, stainless steel 1.4401

The valve responds at 20.00 bar and protects vessels and pipework against inadmissible overpressure. Its discharge capacity is 500 m³/h at nominal size DN 8. It is fitted through the G 1/2" thread and the body is made of stainless steel 1.4401.

Applications

For compressed air networks, test equipment and receivers with a limit pressure of 20.00 bar this valve is the matching protection. Up to 500 m³/h are carried away when it responds, while toxic or flammable gases are excluded.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 20 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 20.00 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
