Festo piston rod cylinders comprise more than 2,300 items and form the classic design of double- or single-acting pneumatic actuators with an extending piston rod. The range extends from small round cylinders of the EG series to standard-based profile cylinders such as the CRDSNU series.
In piston rod cylinders the piston rod transmits the force linearly to the outside. The designs differ by mounting, material and stroke length and cover applications from simple positioning movements to handling and assembly tasks.
