For use with corrosive media and at high temperatures. Screw fitting series made of stainless steel for all applications where compliance with strict tightness, pressure and temperature requirements is essential. The parts are manufactured without rubber seals, in other words they are ideal for very high temperatures or for use with corrosive liquids, e.g. in cases when FPM is no longer suitable.

About Branch tees

A T-connector splits a hose line into two outlets or brings two lines together without the need for a separate manifold. It is fitted straight into the existing line, which also makes it a practical way to add a branch later. The group covers hose outside diameters from 4 to 12 mm.

What matters when choosing

  • Material: nickel-plated brass, POM, PA, polypropylene (PP), perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) and stainless steel 1.4404. The material sets media resistance and temperature limit, the plastic versions keep weight down while PFA and stainless steel cover the demanding end.
  • For tube O.D.: 4 to 12 mm, complemented by an inside diameter of 2 to 10 mm. Only both figures together define which hose will be held safely.
  • Pressure: working pressure runs from 16 to 25 bar depending on version, other items are rated at an operating pressure of 10 to 18 bar. Down to -0.98 bar is documented for vacuum duty.
  • Operating temperature: across the group the range spans -200 °C to 300 °C. A single version covers only a part of it, plastic parts ending at 60 °C depending on the material.
  • Sealing: some versions use silicone-free NBR, the stainless steel version works without any sealant at all. That matters wherever silicone is unwanted or aggressive media are present.

  • Joining two return lines on fixtures and clamping devices
  • Analytical and laboratory rigs calling for perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) or stainless steel 1.4404 because of aggressive media
