About Union elbows

Plug-in elbow connectors turn a plastic line through a right angle and push together without tools. Both ends accept tube, so a corner can be built without bending the line or adding a screwed fitting. The group covers tube outside diameters from 4 to 22 mm, plus one size for 32 mm.

What matters when choosing

• Tube O.D.: 4 to 22 mm on the POM versions. The connector grips the outside of the tube, so wall thickness does not enter the selection.
• Max. working pressure: 10 to 16 bar depending on size. Small nominal sizes carry the higher rating, large ones the lower.
• Min. working pressure: down to -0.95 bar, which covers vacuum sections as well.
• Material: acetal copolymer (POM) for sizes up to 22 mm, glass fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP) for the 32 mm version.
• Series: all parts belong to the speedfit range and combine with its other push-in fittings.
