Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set, G 1/4", DN 8, 9.30 bar, nickel-plated brass

This safety valve limits the pressure in compressed air systems and opens at a factory-set 9.30 bar. Through the DN 8 seat and the G 1/4" connection it discharges up to 244 m³/h. The body is made of nickel-plated brass, the seal of FKM.

Applications

For compressed air networks, test equipment and receivers with a limit pressure of 9.30 bar this valve is the matching protection. Up to 244 m³/h are carried away when it responds, while toxic or flammable gases are excluded.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV-SV...-2055.7,5.D/G.0,75 CE0036 9,3 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 9.30 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
