Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set, G 1/4", DN 8, 8.90 bar, stainless steel 1.4401

Once the pressure rises above 8.90 bar, the valve opens by itself and relieves the system. At nominal size DN 8 it releases 234 m³/h, and the connection is made through G 1/4". The housing material is stainless steel 1.4401.

Applications

It is applied in compressed air stations and pipe systems whose permissible pressure stays below 8.90 bar. As the valve blows off freely, the outlet area has to be kept clear.

Standards and conformity

The valve is type-tested and carries the component marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 8,9 bar. It is supplied exclusively with a fixed setting and a lead seal.
