Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set and lead-sealed, G 1/4", DN 8, 23.40 bar, brass

The valve responds at 23.40 bar and protects vessels and pipework against inadmissible overpressure. Its discharge capacity is 582 m³/h at nominal size DN 8. It is fitted through the G 1/4" thread and the body is made of brass.

Applications

The valve is fitted wherever compressed air is stored or distributed and protection at 23.40 bar is required. Its temperature range of -25 to +180 °C covers indoor rooms as well as outdoor installations.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 23,4 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 23.40 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
