Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set, G 1/4", DN 8, 16.00 bar, stainless steel 1.4401

Made of stainless steel 1.4401, this valve safeguards compressed air systems against overpressure and opens at 16.00 bar. The DN 8 seat permits a discharge capacity of 404 m³/h. Installation is via G 1/4" and the overall height is 75 mm.

Applications

The valve is used on air receivers, compressors and distribution lines in which the pressure must not exceed 16.00 bar. It also suits systems with other non-toxic and non-flammable gases, as it blows off freely.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 16 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 16.00 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
