Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set and lead-sealed, G 1/2", DN 8, 9.70 bar, brass

This safety valve limits the pressure in compressed air systems and opens at a factory-set 9.70 bar. Through the DN 8 seat and the G 1/2" connection it discharges up to 253 m³/h. The body is made of brass, the seal of FKM.

Applications

On boilers, vessels and manifolds with a G 1/2" connection the valve provides protection at 9.70 bar. An overall height of 63 mm and 24 mm across flats ease installation in tight pipework.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 9,7 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 9.70 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
