Safety valve, TÜV type-tested, factory-set, G 1/2", DN 8, 22.00 bar, stainless steel 1.4401

The set pressure of 22.00 bar is fixed and lead-sealed at the factory, so no readjustment is needed in service. At DN 8 the valve carries away up to 548 m³/h and blows off freely. The body is made of stainless steel 1.4401 and the connection thread is G 1/2".

Applications

In workshops, machines and test rigs the valve protects lines whose working pressure stays below 22.00 bar. The material stainless steel 1.4401 also determines which medium and which surroundings are suitable.

Standards and conformity

As a type-tested component the valve carries the marking TÜV.SV...-882.8.D/G.0.65 CE0036 22 bar and leaves the factory lead-sealed. Later adjustment of the 22.00 bar set pressure is therefore ruled out.
