About Tee hose connectors

T-shaped hose connectors are pushed into the hose ends and secured with hose clamps, splitting the line into two outlets. They are the straightforward choice for soft hose runs where a push-in fitting with collet is not needed. The group covers hose inside diameters from 3 to 25 mm at a working pressure up to 10 bar.

What matters when choosing

• For hose I.D.: 3 to 25 mm. The figure has to match the clear bore of the hose, because only then does the connector sit tight and the clamp seal.
• Reduction: besides connectors with three equal ports there are reducing versions with a different branch size, for example 8/6/8 mm or 12/10/12 mm. The features hose I.D. 1 and hose I.D. 2 state the combination.
• Material: acetal copolymer (POM), brass CW617N or a combination of both. POM is light, tough and abrasion resistant, brass takes higher mechanical loads.
• Working pressure: max. 10 bar throughout the group. Where more is required, a screwed fitting takes the place of the hose clamp.
• Temperature: -40 °C to 80 °C is documented for the plastic versions, and part of the range reaches 90 °C medium temperature. That sets the limit for warm circuits.
