About Compressed air hoses

Compressed air hoses carry air and water from the distribution point to the tool or outlet. The range is released for operating pressures up to 20 bar and is supplied on 50 m reels for cutting to length on site. The NR/SBR construction stays flexible enough for hoses that are moved during work.

What matters when choosing

• Hose inside diameter 6, 9 or 13 mm sets the possible flow rate and has to match the hose tails and clamps already in use.
• Max. operating pressure 20 bar applies to the whole range. Where the load pulsates heavily, keep the system pressure well below that figure.
• Temperature range -20 °C to 60 °C: judge it by the surroundings as well as the medium, for example outdoor routing in winter.
• Outside diameter and minimum bending radius decide whether the hose fits through existing routes and around tight corners.
• Reel length 50 m: the range is sold as bulk hose, which keeps offcuts low when several outlets are fitted at once.
