The SMC VXZ2 series comprises pilot-operated 2/2-way solenoid valves for compressed air. The media pressure assists the switching movement, so larger nominal sizes can be switched with a compact solenoid.
With more than 469 items the series offers a wide selection of port sizes, seal materials and voltage variants for shutting off and releasing compressed-air flows.
Pilot-operated 2/2-way valves for compressed air are used in machine and plant control where larger flow rates are switched with an available line pressure. They shut off or release compressed-air circuits simply and reliably.
