Industrial shock absorbers convert the kinetic energy of moving masses into heat and decelerate motion in a controlled way to a standstill. They protect stops, guides and drives from hard impacts and reduce noise and wear.
The programme comprises more than 180 items, including shock absorbers plus mounting accessories such as stop sleeves and bolt brackets in metric thread sizes from M5 to M25 for adapting to different installation situations.
Industrial shock absorbers are used wherever moving masses must be decelerated safely and with low impact at the end of stroke, for example on pneumatic cylinders, rotary units, lifting and conveying systems as well as on stops in handling and assembly equipment. Stop sleeves and bolt brackets complement the absorbers for defined force transmission.
