Fillet welds, grooves and awkward internal edges leave no room for a disc tool. These air belt sanders run belts from 10 to 30 mm wide and weigh 0.55 to 2.4 kg, so tight contours can be worked with a steady hand.

• Belt widths of 10 to 30 mm and belt lengths of 330 to 540 mm reach grooves, corners and transitions that are too tight for disc tools.
• Motor free speeds of 15,000 to 18,000 rpm give a high belt speed and brisk stock removal per pass.
• Weights from 0.55 kg allow one-handed guidance, including vertical and overhead work.
• Air consumption is quoted per model at 0.20 to 0.82 m³/min and can be checked against the existing supply.
• Abrasive belts in several grits from Z#60 to Z#240 are included, so work can start without extra purchasing.
• Depending on model, a contact shoe, dust cover, silencer assembly or quick coupling is part of the delivery.
