When a press or test rig cycle runs through several pressure levels, a fixed pressure relief valve is too rigid. This pilot-operated proportional pressure relief valve in size 30 follows an electrical command value and limits pressure up to 350 bar at a flow of up to 700 l/min.

Application

The valve is used in presses, test rigs and injection moulding machines whose cycle needs several pressure levels. The command value allows pressure ramps and avoids pressure peaks when switching. Connection is through a subplate to ISO 6264 in size 30.
