Applications below 100 bar lose resolution when one valve has to cover the whole span up to 350 bar. The DBEM10-7X/100XY places the full command value range on a 100 bar pressure rating and additionally brings pilot ports X and Y to the outside.

Applications

In clamping and handling equipment the valve holds low contact pressures cleanly without a downstream reducing valve. Port X allows pilot control from a second point, port Y drains pilot oil separately and keeps back pressure in the tank line away from the setting. On test rigs the controller runs pressure ramps below 100 bar with it.
