A forming step at 60 bar and a holding step at 180 bar cannot be covered by one fixed spring. The DBEM10-7X/200XY takes its value from the electrical command signal, covers a pressure rating of 200 bar and brings X and Y out separately.

Applications

In forming and clamping cycles the controller assigns its own pressure to each section without changing valves. Port X lets a second pressure source take over pilot control, for example for an emergency lowering function. The drain through Y keeps back pressure from the tank line away from the pilot stage.
