A variable pump delivers only as much oil as the axis is taking, which avoids the throttling losses of a constant flow circuit. The 18 cm³ SYDFEE controls swivel angle and pressure up to 280 bar through its own electronics.

Applications

The system serves injection moulding machines, presses and test rigs where holding phases and rapid strokes alternate. Because the pump swivels back during holding, power loss drops and the oil cooler can be smaller. The link to the machine control runs as an analog signal through the 12 pole connector.
