Setting flow with a throttle valve turns the difference into heat. This control system adjusts the swivel angle of the pump itself instead, delivers up to 59 l/min at operating pressures up to 280 bar and needs only an analogue signal at its on-board electronics.

Applications

The system is used on machine tools, test benches and clamping hydraulics that alternate long holding phases with short movement phases. During the holding phase the pump swivels back and draws almost no power. The through-drive allows a second circuit on the same drive.
