Safety valve, preset and lead-sealed, G 1/2", DN 10, 20.00 bar, nickel-plated brass

The safety valve limits the pressure in compressed air systems and opens automatically as soon as 20.00 bar is reached. In that case up to 853.4 m³/h are discharged freely until the system pressure falls below the set value again. The valve body is made of nickel-plated brass and is screwed in through the G 1/2" thread in nominal size DN 10.

Standards and conformity

The delivery is based on the type approval, documented by the marking TÜV.SV...-882.10.D/G.0.71 CE0036 20 bar with the notified body CE0036. The set pressure of 20.00 bar is adjusted and sealed at the factory, adjustment on site is not intended. Fixed settings between 0.2 and 50 bar are possible. On request the valve comes with an NPT thread and with a setting certificate.
