Safety relief valve G 1", factory set and sealed, DN 20, 2 bar, brass

The spring loaded safety valve limits the pressure in compressed air receivers, compressor stations and pipelines to 2 bar. Once the set pressure is reached it opens and discharges up to 506 m³/h into the atmosphere. Connection G 1", nominal size DN 20, body in brass.

Standards and conformity

The valve is type tested and carries the component marking TÜV-SV...-2055.20.D/G.0,74 CE0036 2 bar together with the CE identification number 0036. It is supplied exclusively with a fixed setting and lead seal. A certification to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII Div. 1 and a setting certificate to 3.1 are available on request.
