Safety relief valve G 1", factory set and sealed, DN 20, 0.8 bar, stainless steel 1.4404

The spring loaded safety valve limits the pressure in compressed air receivers, compressor stations and pipelines to 0.8 bar. Once the set pressure is reached it opens and discharges up to 260 m³/h into the atmosphere. Connection G 1", nominal size DN 20, body in stainless steel 1.4404.

Standards and conformity

The valve is type tested and carries the component marking TÜV-SV...-2055.20.D/G.0,64 CE0036 0,8 bar together with the CE identification number 0036. It is supplied exclusively with a fixed setting and lead seal. A certification to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII Div. 1 and a setting certificate to 3.1 are available on request.
