About Accessories

This accessory range completes the speedfit and sharkbite compressed air pipe system with the parts that sit between pipe and consumer: screw-in and screw-on supports for the change to threaded ports, air distributor sockets for several outlets, and pipe clamps for fixing the run. The connecting parts work between -0.95 bar and 20 bar.

What matters when choosing

• Thread: R 1/2, R 3/4, G 3/4 and G 1 male for the screw-in supports, G 1/2 and G 3/4 female for the screw-on versions. The mating port on the machine decides which one is needed. Overall length of the supports is between 54 and 80 mm.
• For pipe O.D.: supports and clamps are matched to the pipe in use, with 15, 18, 22 and 28 mm among the sizes covered. The figure has to match the installed pipe exactly.
• Material: brass for the threaded supports, aluminium for the air distributor socket, polypropylene (PP) for the pipe clamps. Each material follows the job of the part.
• Pressure: the connecting parts are rated -0.95 bar to 20 bar, another part of the group carries an operating pressure up to 10 bar. What counts for the design is always the weakest element in the line.
• Operating temperature: -20 °C to 65 °C. The series is not intended for use beyond that, for instance directly downstream of an uncooled compressor.
