Compact Cylinder ISO 21287
Double-acting compact cylinders to ISO 21287 generate force in both stroke directions by alternately pressurising the piston faces. The short body saves installation space, while the standardised port and mounting dimensions ease cross-brand replacement.
The range covers more than 657 items, mainly the Airtec NAD series, with piston diameters up to 100 mm and stroke lengths from a few millimetres to over 150 mm. Versions with male thread (-AG) and matching repair kits complete the program.
Compact cylinders are used where short, defined strokes must be performed in limited space, for example clamping, gripping, pushing or positioning in fixtures and handling equipment. The ISO 21287 standard ensures interchangeable installation dimensions.
