The SMC AC series comprises combined air preparation units that bring together an air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator in modular form. These FRL units clean the compressed air, set the working pressure and supply downstream components with defined lubrication. The range covers a wide flow spectrum with sizes from AC10 to AC60.
More than 400 items are available, including the modular line of the new FRL generation. The individual modules can be combined to suit the application or obtained as a complete unit.
AC series air preparation units are installed at the inlet of pneumatic systems to filter the compressed air, set the working pressure and lubricate the downstream actuators and valves. They protect the components against dirt, water and pressure fluctuations and ensure stable operation.
