This section covers hose, tube, pipe fittings and mounting hardware for compressed air, hydraulic and process lines: 6545 items in total, 3172 of them assigned directly at this level, spread over 26 product types. Recorded hose bores run from 5 to 38 mm (1-1/2 in).
Selection rests on four figures: nominal size, material, permissible working pressure and minimum bend radius. Bend radii of 55 and 90 mm are recorded for the hose range; delivery is by the metre from the 50 m coil or as a closed 25 m coil, in black or natural. Clamps and fittings are available as cover plate, insert ring or extended weld plate carrying fixing holes.
Hoses, tubes and clamps - product types
The range serves compressed air installations, hydraulic power units and pipework construction. Hose in 13 (1/2 in), 19 (3/4 in) and 38 (1-1/2 in) covers suction as well as delivery duty.
Pipe clamps and clamp jaw pairs hold tube against vibration, while bends, tees and flanges tie the line into vessels and valves. Crimp fittings make up hydraulic hose assemblies to length.
