Riegler reducing nipples join two different thread sizes and adapt a male thread to a smaller female one. The short versions save space, and the wrench size (SW) eases assembly.
The range covers more than 210 items in nickel-plated brass. Reductions run from R 1/4 male to G 1/8 female up to G 1 1/2 male to G 1 1/4 female.
Reducing nipples adapt existing ports when a hose, device or valve carries a thread different from the line. Male (a.) and female (i.) threads are combined, stepping down from a larger to a smaller nominal size. They are used in compressed-air, water and general industrial circuits.
