Compressed Air Preparation
Festo dryers reduce the water content of compressed air and thus lower the pressure dew point. The range includes adsorption dryers of the PDAD series and membrane air dryers of the MS-LDM line, which work on different physical principles.
A total of more than 11 items are available. Adsorption dryers bind moisture to a desiccant, while membrane dryers remove water vapour through a selective membrane. Selection is based on connection size, flow rate and the required dew point.
Adsorption dryers (PDAD) bind moisture to a desiccant and reach low dew points.
Membrane air dryers (MS-LDM) dehumidify without auxiliary energy through a selective membrane.
