Service units and instrumentation
The maintenance devices of the Multifix series treat compressed air on a modular basis and cover sizes Multifix 0 to 5. The range comprises more than 1,000 items with replacement and pre-filters, membrane dryers and further components.
Filter elements are available in grades of 0.3 µm and 0.01 µm. Membrane dryers with G 1/2" port complete the treatment chain for dew point reduction.
The modular Multifix design allows filter, regulator, lubricator and dryer to be combined into a continuous treatment unit. It is installed upstream of pneumatic consumers to separate particles, condensate and residual oil and to keep the operating pressure constant. Sizes 0 to 5 allow adaptation to the respective air demand.
