This category contains contactless transport systems from Aventics in the NCT-AL and NCT-PK series. They use an air flow to lift and guide sensitive or flat workpieces without mechanical contact.
The modules are available in several sizes made of aluminium (NCT-AL) and of the high-performance plastic PEEK (NCT-PK). The PEEK variant is suited to applications with increased requirements for temperature and chemical resistance.
Contactless transport systems handle sensitive, thin or coated workpieces where mechanical contact must be avoided. They are used in electronics, semiconductor and display manufacturing as well as in the handling of films and wafers.
