This group brings together air tools for surface and edge work, from deburring and needle scaling through to surface and fine sanding. Free speeds run from 8.500 to 19.000 min-1 and weights from 0,5 to 2,2 kg.

• The group covers deburring, edge chamfering, needle scaling and grinding, and every tool runs on compressed air with no electrics at the workpiece.
• Free speeds of 8.500 to 19.000 min-1 suit small mounted points as well as sanding pads up to 150 mm.
• Weights of 0,5 to 2,2 kg keep the strain low during longer hand work.
• Air demand ranges from 0,10 to 0,68 m³/min depending on the tool, so smaller units run on an existing workshop compressor.
• Sanding pads, abrasives, spanners and connectors are included depending on the model.
• One model routes dust away at source through a dust hose and dust bag.

Operating principle

An air motor drives a sanding pad, a grinding wheel, a cutter with an indexable insert or a needle set, depending on the design. Rotational or stroke speed is matched to the tool diameter in each case.
