About Diaphragm pressure gauges

Diaphragm pressure gauges use a clamped diaphragm as the measuring element, which lets them show low pressures clearly. They come in a robust design and in a chemical design that also copes with an aggressive atmosphere. The group spans full scale values from 1 to 25 bar, each with a G 1/2 connection and a 100 mm dial.

What matters when choosing

• Measuring range max.: 1 to 25 bar. A version reading -1 to +1.5 bar is available where the measuring point sees both vacuum and gauge pressure.
• Housing: black cast iron for the robust design, CrNi steel 1.4301 for the chemical design. What decides here is the surrounding atmosphere, not only the medium.
• Diameter: 100 mm. The case size sets both readability and the space needed on pipe or panel.
• Thread: G 1/2 male throughout with the connection at the bottom, which fixes the mounting position.
• Medium temperature: -20 °C to 100 °C. Anything hotter needs a cooling section ahead of the instrument.
