About Pressure gauges robust type

Bourdon tube pressure gauges of this heavy-duty design show operating pressure directly at the machine, with no power supply and no wiring. The series covers measuring ranges from 0 to 600 bar and connects via a G 1/2 male thread. A CrNi steel 1.4301 case keeps the instrument serviceable in wet and dirty surroundings.

What matters when choosing

• Measuring range max. bar: selectable from 0 to 600 bar. Pick a full scale value that puts normal operating pressure in the middle third of the dial, which protects both reading accuracy and the Bourdon tube.
• Diameter: the group spans 100 to 160 mm. The larger dial pays off when the gauge is read from several metres away, the smaller one saves space on panels and manifolds.
• Thread: all 52 items use G 1/2 male. Check the mating port in the line, otherwise plan for an adapter.
• Medium temperature: rated from -40 °C to 80 °C. Hotter media call for a siphon or a cooling section ahead of the gauge.
• Case: CrNi steel 1.4301 throughout, so washdown areas and outdoor installation are covered.
