About Water hoses

Water hoses carry service and process water between tap, machine and tank. The group holds 30 items rated for up to 10 bar operating pressure, ranging from multi-layer soft PVC hose with a textile insert to industrial SBR hose. Delivery is by the roll, with the roll length listed per item in the technical data.

What matters when choosing

• Hose inner Ø sets the flow and is the axis the configurators in this group are built on. Pick the bore to match the existing fittings and the water volume you need.
• Max. operating pressure reaches 10 bar at the top of the group. On the PVC versions the permitted pressure drops as the bore grows, so check the value of the actual item against your line pressure.
• Min. and max. temperature: the soft PVC types are rated to 60 °C, the SBR version for -30 °C to 80 °C. Hot water and outdoor use in winter decide the choice.
• Insert and cover determine how much the hose takes. A knitted polyester insert keeps it dimensionally stable under pressure without making it stiff, and the burst pressure is stated per item.
• Min. bend radius and roll length: tight routing at the machine calls for a small bend radius, while the roll length follows the run to be covered, with rolls of 25, 40 and 50 m among those offered.
