SMC Valves for Chemicals are designed for controlling aggressive and high-purity media. The program comprises more than 245 items, including high-purity media valves of the LVA series and cleanroom valves of the LVC series, each pneumatically operated.
The valves are designed for high-purity and cleanroom applications and are available in versions with thread or integrated connection. This allows them to be integrated into media circuits with high purity requirements.
Chemical valves of the LVA and LVC series are used in semiconductor, pharmaceutical and cleanroom technology in which aggressive or high-purity liquids are controlled. The designs with thread or integrated connection allow integration with low dead volume.
