The SMC MGG series comprises guide cylinders with two parallel guide rods that provide a non-rotating, laterally loadable linear motion. The MGGL design uses a ball guide for low friction and high rigidity. The range covers a wide stroke spectrum from sizes starting at Ø 20 up to long stroke lengths.
More than 200 items are available. With their external guide rods the cylinders absorb high lateral and moment loads, which makes them suitable for longer strokes and heavier loads in handling technology.
