Safety Valves
Safety valves protect pressure vessels and piping systems against impermissible overpressure by opening automatically when the response pressure is reached. They are a fundamental protective device in compressed air, gas and liquid systems.
The range of more than 300 items lists brass valves with a G 1/2 connection and very finely graded response pressures, in the samples from 0.2 bar in steps of partly 0.05 bar. This fine grading allows exact matching to the respective system pressure.
The safety valve opens as soon as the system pressure reaches the set response pressure, thereby limiting the maximum pressure. The response pressure is chosen below the permissible vessel or line pressure; the brass body suits compressed air, gases and non-aggressive media.
