Riegler DN 8 safety valves limit the pressure in pneumatic systems and vent once the set response pressure is exceeded. The versions have a G 1/4 connection and a brass body, with the response pressure factory-set in steps from 0.2 bar upward.
The category contains more than 495 items that differ mainly in their fixed response pressure. This allows a matching valve to be selected for each pressure stage to protect equipment and personnel.
DN 8 safety valves are used wherever compressed-air circuits, vessels or lines must be protected against impermissible overpressure. The graded response-pressure range allows precise matching to the maximum permissible operating pressure of the respective system.
