Control and Directional Valves
Valve islands from Riegler combine several directional valves, the electrical interface and the air supply in one compact assembly. The HDM series covers input plates with internal or external pilot air and valve discs in various switching functions.
Control is via multipole or Profibus DP; the valve discs offer 3/2-, 5/2- and 5/3-way functions with 4 mm and 6 mm connections. With more than 33 items, valve islands can be configured modularly to the number of consumers.
Input plate supply and control as multipole or Profibus DP.
Internal / external pilot air pilot air taken internally or via a separate line.
HDM valve discs 3/2-, 5/2- and 5/3-way, monostable or bistable.
4 and 6 mm connection push-in fitting matched to the hose diameter.
Valve islands cut wiring and piping effort by supplying many valves centrally with energy and signals. They are standard in machine and plant automation when several actuators are switched from one assembly.
