Hose burst safety devices automatically shut off the compressed air supply as soon as the flow rate rises sharply due to a hose burst or a disconnected coupling. This prevents an uncontrolled whipping hose and reduces the injury risk on compressed air lines.
The »Hose Guard« range is offered with housings in aluminium and polyacetal as well as in all-aluminium versions for larger nominal sizes. Connection threads run from G 1/4 to G 2 with male and female ports, covering more than 16 items.
Automatic shut-off The valve closes on a sudden flow increase caused by a line break.
Thread options Connections from G 1/4 to G 2 as male/female, female/female or all-aluminium versions.
Complete sets Compressed air hose sets with integrated safety device in 10 m and 20 m lengths, e.g. PU hose 18x13.
